Flat near Brockley station w south facing balcony

Hi I am looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bed flat with so ideally I want someone who could over time also become a friend over time :)
About me: I’m a wfh mainly/occasional office girlie working in healthcare consulting. I like to keep fit going to the gym etc (which is very near by). I like to socialise and see friends (not into clubbing or partying more a wine and bar vibe). But also like time to chill at home watch series and read.

About the flat: The flat is beautiful and well lit as it is south facing and gets lots of sun!
The room has a double bed and comes with wardrobe etc. It currently has a desk but this could be removed if you don’t need.
You can see the shard from the kitchen window and Brockley station is a 3 min walk away so it’s very well connected. There is a balcony where you can sit outside and can grow a few plants as well and there is a larger communal garden for the block of flats at the back. Also Hilly fields park is very near, so lots of green spaces around.
