Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely house in Brockley.

ABOUT US
•⁠ Andrea: 34yo, from Italy and working for King's College.
•⁠ Christele 30yo, from Switzerland and a menswear designer/events freelancer.
•⁠ Elliot 30yo, from France/UK and working in pharmacuticals.

We would love to find someone who would like to make this house a homely home with us and for whom cleaningness and tidiness is super important too. We're into cooking, music, sports... all the usual stuff! We would like to share a drink, a meal or a chat when we have the time and capacity to do so but equally, feel like we have no obligation to hang out when life is too much as I work a lot and Andrea is a social butterfly. There is a massive garden too so you will be able to fulfil all your gardening dreams if you want to.

ABOUT THE ROOM
•⁠ £750 per month (bills around £145 per month incl. council tax)
•⁠ £894.23 deposit
•⁠ Move-in date March 1st
•⁠ Unfurnished (the chest of draws, shelves, cabinet, and clothes frame shown in the pictures can be left)
•⁠ Both bedrooms in the lower ground floor have their own bathroom, toilet and 2 storage cupboards
•⁠ The double bedroom is on the lower ground floor and the window is on the front of the house.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
•⁠ 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 living room, 1 dining room and separate kitchen, huge garden and extra storage cupboards. The house is a dream!
•⁠ Location is on Malpas Road, between Brockley, New Cross and New Cross Gate (all 10 minutes walk). Deptford is also a walkable distance and Telegraph Hill is a 15-minute walk away which is a dream in summer!
•⁠ Trains can easily get you into the city either directly or via Canada Water or Whitechapel.
•⁠ We are also surrounded by bus stops that also easily get you anywhere.
•⁠ Free parking on the road (first come first serve basis).
•⁠ The street is mostly residential so feels nice and quiet but there's corner shops, takeaways, cafes, eateries etc within walking distance.

A FEW THINGS
•⁠ The current 2-year contract is up in February 2026 but we are very much looking to extend it.
•⁠ You will have to pass the usual referencing and earn at least £24K per year (no students, sorry).
•⁠ There is a furniture shop and bed shop down the road so getting furniture needent be a worry.
