The property is located on St Asaph Road, SE4, less than 5 minutes walk from Brockley Overground station with quick connections to London Bridge, Shoreditch and central London. The area has a strong neighbourhood feel with many cafés, restaurants, parks and local shops.

Bedroom 1
Standard double bed.
Bedroom 3
Pull-out bed which converts from single to double.
The third bedroom / office shown on the floorplan (Bedroom 2) will not be accessible during the sublet as it will be used to store the owners’ belongings.
Condition note
The kitchen has recently been renovated and there are still some minor decorative elements outstanding. The bathroom is yet to be renovated. This is reflected in the price (below market rate for short term let).
Cat
Our friendly and low-maintenance cat “Mrs Sohi” normally stays in the flat. She is an outdoor cat so there is no litter tray to deal with.
She is fed via a CatMate auto feeder and water system so she really does her own thing but welcomes cuddles if invited.
If you would prefer the flat without our cat we can arrange alternative accommodation for her. This may involve an additional charge to be discussed.
