You’ll be sharing with two friendly girls in their mid-20s. The couple moving out have lived here for five years and have had a great experience with no issues during their time in the house. The landlord has always been very responsive and helpful, quickly fixing anything whenever needed.
There are 3 months left on the current tenancy (until July 2026), after which you’ll have the option to extend on a rolling basis.
The house may be pet-friendly with landlord permission.
Fantastic Zone 2 location just a 6-minute walk from the station, with regular trains reaching London Bridge and Cannon Street in around 15 minutes. The Overground is also nearby for easy access to East London, and Lewisham station is close by for trains to Charing Cross and Victoria. There are also plenty of bus routes in the area.
The neighbourhood is lovely and green, with several parks nearby including the beautiful Hilly Fields. There are also plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance.
