Double Room to Rent in Brockley SE4

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to takeover a double room in our maisonette in Brockley. We’re Matty (29) and Lucy (28), both from Newcastle and have been friends for over a decade. Our friend moved out to live with her boyfriend :( so we’d love someone that we can live with but also do sociable stuff outside the flat.

The flat is situated on the ground and lower ground floor with the bedroom being lower ground with doors out to a terrace. We have a lovely separate lounge and kitchen/diner. We’ve furnished the flat ourselves and look after the flat as if it’s our own.

The room to rent comes with built in wardrobes and a desk / dressing table. The bed and mattress (less than 1 year old) belongs to the previous flatmate but can be purchased for £150. Otherwise, this can be removed and provide your own.

We like a glass of wine and having dinners in the house or eating on the patio in the summer. We also love to unwind watching bravo after work. Definitely not a party house but we do love a pint at the local.

We also dog sit Lucy’s family dog, Indie, for a few days a month so ideally a dog lover!!

7 min walk to Brockley overground or 12 minutes to St John’s Train station
