Opposite a big leafy space, a calm base suitable for focussed weekday stays for professionals/academics.

In a quiet residential street, the house is directly opposite Hilly Fields park for morning runs or walks. There are plenty of cafés, bistros and takeaways within a short walk plus supermarkets.

I'm a live-in landlord, work just up the road three days per week. My friend/lodger is retired and has an art practice that she enjoys. We tend to live quite independently from each other and do also occasionally either cook for each other or eat dinner together.

There are excellent transport links via Brockley and Lewisham stations, also St Johns, Ladywell and Crofton Park stations are within 15 minutes' walk for access to London, the City and the West End. Lewisham hospital, Lewisham and Goldsmiths Colleges are all walkable.
