Double room in Brockley / New Cross (SE4)

We have a smaller double room available from 1st May in our spacious shared house just 5–10 min walk from Brockley and New Cross stations, with a bright living room and large bathroom. It’s an ideal home for someone who’s relaxed, clean, and enjoys good conversations with their flatmates over a glass of wine (or three). While we do like to spend time with each other around the kitchen table, this is not a party house and everyone respects each other’s space.

The house is located in a lovely, quiet area with local independent shops, cafés, cultural venues and restaurants all within walking distance. This location has very good access routes to London Bridge, Canada Water, and Cannon Street. We are close to the Overground, Rail, and DLR.

You’d be living with Rocio, a creative professional, and Tadej, a lecturer in art and technologies. It’s a quiet, welcoming home with lovely, respectful housemates in a sought-after area.

We are looking for a professional or PhD student for a long-term stay (12 months or more).

The room comes unfurnished, though the current flatmate may leave some furniture behind or offer items to buy. A small double bed frame (without a mattress) and a wardrobe can also be provided if needed.

Move-in date is 1st May, with some flexibility to move in a bit earlier if needed.
