The room is a comfortable first-floor double bedroom with lots of natural light in a spacious 3-bedroom flat with a split bathroom of shower room and small toilet. It is partly furnished room with a bed, clothes rail, chest of draws and bedside table but open to discussion if you would like to bring extra furniture. The third bedroom is used as an office space and the flat also has a large kitchen, open living space and balcony. Sharing with one person.

Very close (less than 5 minute walk) to Brockley Station and the local coffee shops and amenities it offers. Also less than 10 minute walk to Telegraph Hill, 20 minutes walk to Hilly Field's.

Sharing with one 32 year old female, working professional. I mainly work in the office aside from once a week, so the office space would be available to use most days.

I like cooking, watching TV in the evening, socialising with friends and family. Looking for someone with shared interests that is independant, socialble who is open for a chat and watching TV in the evening but also likes their own space.
