Double room plus bathroom, Brockley, inc bills

Hi! I’m Esme and I bought this flat at the end of last year with my partner, Dan. We bought it knowing we’d rent out one of the rooms - we’ve loved having flatmates over the years and the space we’re renting is really set up for it :)

It’s a double room at the back of the flat, overlooking the garden. It has its own bathroom, a double bed, tonnes of storage, desk and chair, and a small TV. Very happy to move things in or out if not needed though!

Bills are all included, plus a lovely cleaner who comes every fortnight.

Hilly Fields is five minutes away and Brockley Station is an eight minute walk (around ten minutes to London Bridge). There is free parking on the road, no permit needed.

We’d be open to small pets like a cat. We’d also be open to couples for slightly more per month (1500).

About us - we’re both in our early thirties, work a mix of in office and from home, we love cooking, and spending time in the local area with friends.
