2 adjoining rooms on top floor of house

We have two adjoining rooms on the top floor of our house. We are not 'flatmates' as such but landlords who want to rent out the rooms to someone quiet, nice and considerate. We share the bathroom and the kitchen and would prefer someone vegetarian, or who eats meat sparingly. Our last lodger is leaving after 4 years and the one before that was also here for 4 years. The rooms are private and bright and airy and look out over the garden. Bills are included in the price.
