Room in Brockley

Hi guys,

We have a double room available in our house in Brockley - SE4 ✨

The house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. We have a huge open plan kitchen/living room area and the back garden catches the sun all day ☀️ We have all been here for 4ish years so we have everything you need for day to day in the house.

We are about a 5 minute walk from the station and it is a really lovely area. There are loads of independent cafes, bars and shops around here.

We are all working professionals in our late 20’s and early 30’s (2 x Irish and 2 x English). We are all really good friends and hangout and do stuff together as much as possible, even if it’s just chilled drinks or a barbecue but the vibes in the house are really good ☘️

Just looking for someone nice, clean and chilled to join.

We are trying to have the room filled for early May so will be doing viewings early next week. The room is £750 a month + bills which usually come to around £80
