One of our flatmates is leaving towards the end of the month so we have a room in our lovely house coming up.
The room is on the first floor of our bright and friendly six-bedroom classic Victorian house in Brockley. It's in a great spot, just around the corner from Telegraph Hill. A short 5 min walk from both Brockley and Nunhead stations, with regular trains getting you to London Bridge in around 13 minutes. The Overground (Windrush line) runs frequently as well. Peckham and New Cross are a short walk. There is also free parking on our road.
The house itself is large, spread over three floors with two showers and two toilets. There's a decent-sized kitchen and communal living room, with a bright conservatory that opens out onto a small but sunny garden with a large outdoor table. We’ve got washer + dryer which is a godsend.
We're in council tax band group E, and we have a cleaner every two weeks (which is included in rent total). Council tax + bills is ~£80-100 total.
We're looking for housemates in the 25-35 age range, and open to all genders. The general vibe here has always been relaxed and respectful — everyone keeps communal spaces clean and there's no pressure to be super social though we’re all friendly.
