Summer Sublet in large sunny room in Brockley

Hello,

I am leaving my sunny Brockley room to move in with my partner, we have someone lined up to take the room at the end of August which means we're looking for someone to take the room on as a sublet until then.

The room can be available from 10th May onwards, until the end of August.

The room will be sublet at £815 including bills, per calendar month.

The Room: The room is large and sunny as it has windows on two sides, there is a double bed that will be left but is otherwise unfurnished. I can leave a desk if its helpful.

The House: The house is a 4 bed victorian terrace with lots of original features, it has a large communal sitting room with lots of plants, a large dining space and a kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There is a second bathroom and shower upstairs, directly next to my bedroom. We also have a garden and back entrance with space to store a bike.

Amber, Chrysti and Hannah will be your housemates - everyone in the house is respectful and the house is always left clean and tidy.

The house is in an awesome location, a short walk from Brockley station and near to lots of lovely green spaces like Hilly Fields and Telegraph hill.
