Spare Room at 104 A Foxberry rd, Brockley, London

Hi! We are two girls studying Design BA at Goldsmiths University going into our third year, and we are looking for a new roommate to replace one of our current flatmates.

The house is honestly such a lucky student find, it’s clean, modern, and really comfortable to live in. There is a newly updated boiler, so the hot water and heating work really well (very important in London winters). The house has a nice shared living room with a sofa, a clean kitchen with a good stove/oven, and a separate laundry room.

There are two possible rooms available depending on preference. One room is on the middle floor and has a balcony attached, with the bathroom right next door. One thing to note is that part of the wall is currently open to the living room below, but we can ask the landlord if this can be closed.

The other available room is upstairs and has a skylight window with really good natural lighting. The upstairs rooms are clean, spacious, carpeted, and have good wardrobe space. I already live in one of the upstairs rooms.

Location-wise, it’s perfect for students:

* 10–15 minute walk to Goldsmiths University and New Cross
* 3 minute walk to Brockley Station
* 3 minute walk to Wetherspoons

Brockley is such a cute area with lots of cafés, restaurants, and a lovely market every Saturday.

The room is available from August 9th. We are not fully sure yet how long the next contract would run for, as we are entering our third year and may or may not stay after graduation.
