Double room in spacious flat in St John's/Brockley

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my friend has just moved out.

The double room comes furnished with an ottoman double bed, wardrobe and clothes rail (pictured), so a good amount of storage.

The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms so works well for co-living.

You'd be living with me - hi! Looking for someone who's easygoing, independent but down to share dinners, watch a film etc sometimes when schedules suit :) Also down to keep the place nice and tidy! I work from home 2/3 days a week, also space for you to as well.

2 mins walk from St John's station (8 min train into London Bridge)
15 min walk from Brockley & New Cross stations (Overground to Canada Water, Dalston etc)
10 min walk from Hilly Fields park
Brockley Market - Saturday farmers' / food market just over the road.

Bills vary across the year but usually between 100-150 per month.

Street parking available opposite.
