Double Room in lovely Brockley houseshare

Heya, we’re looking for a new house mate to join us in our Brockley home from mid June. The room available is a small double that can come semi-furnished. The room is £866 including bills.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Brockley station and plenty of cafes, shops, etc.

In the house we have 4 people, including Cat, Bill, Oscar and myself (Oscar and I are a couple and share a room).

Between us we’re 30 to 34. Cat is in fashion, Bill’s in education, Oscar is a carpenter and I’m a producer.

We’ve all got quite a lot going on, but are keen on having a homely house environment, sharing the occasional meal or film. It’s not a party house, but of course people are welcome to have mates over etc.

We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age, who’s friendly and tidy. Cat and I work from home half the week so would be good to know what peoples work set ups are. We don’t have a cleaner, so we all pitch in to keep the house consistently clean and tidy so would need someone who is happy to contribute.
