I am looking for a tenant to take over my large double room from the 2nd of July, shared with two other students (Gabby a MA student at Goldsmiths and Reuben a PhD student at UCL).

It’s a 10-minute walk to both Brockley Overground and St Johns, with good transport links into the city. Great location for any Goldsmiths students, but also really nicely nestled between Deptford, Greenwich and New Cross.

We are a 3-bedroom ground floor basement flat, which includes:
• My room is a pretty large double bedroom (nice big windows, plenty of storage too with a mirrored wall, can be part-furnished)
• A shared bathroom, kitchen and massive garden (with fresh herbs!)
• A shared hallway/living area
• A peaceful, green, family-friendly neighbourhood
• Just 10 minutes on foot to Hilly Fields Park and a great mix of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The room is available from 2nd July, and rent is £800/month (Not including bills ~£100).
