A double room has become available in our large Victorian terrace house in Brockley.

The room itself is a good size with plenty of natural light and a pleasant view. There's additional storage available in the attic, cellar, and shed at the end of the garden, so space won't be an issue.

The real draw of the house is the shared space. The kitchen has been extended with a full glass roof and bifold doors that open directly onto the garden. It's a great room to spend time in. The living room has a bay window with shutters, and connects through to the kitchen extension. The garden is south-facing and well established, with a patio and outdoor dining area.

There is one upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

Braxfield Road is well situated for transport. Brockley Overground and Crofton Park station are both around 10 minutes on foot, with a bus stop at the end of the road. Ladywell and St Johns are nearby too, so getting into town is straightforward. Hilly Fields Park is a five minute walk away.

You'll be living with Beth and Sam. Beth works in production design and Sam works at Goldsmiths. We're both out most days, so you'll often have the place to yourselves. When we're in it's a relaxed house.

Monthly rent includes Council Tax. Bills are roughly £50 per month on top.
