Modern but Cute Apartment in Brockley

Hi, I am renting a modern and spacious two bedroom ground floor and basement flat for a month. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and an open plan kitchen and living room with large windows on either side. Despite being a basement, the property gets a lot of natural light and is nice and cool in the basement during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and there's a washing machine in the utility room. Neighbours are kind and quiet.

The apartment is 2 minutes away from brockley station, shops and amenities, and only a ten minute walk from Hilly Fields park.

My flatmate and I are going away for the month so looking for a short term let to take over the property whilst we're away. All renters considered!
