Cozy Room in a quiet, green neighborhood!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for a bright, attic, double room in a friendly flat in Brockley; I’ll be moving out + heading back to Canada for a bit.

The flat is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from St. John’s Station, with London Bridge only 10 mins away by train.

It’s also a 10-min walk to Hilly Fields and is conveniently close to a gym, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Starbs/ Pret and a local Tesco Express.

You’ll be living with two lovely housemates in their 30s who work in policy and the pharmaceutical industry. They’re friendly, respectful, and mostly do their own thing, making it an easy and relaxed home to live in. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant, who is tidy.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is paid to one housemate, who then transfers it to the letting agency. Bills are split and managed through Splitwise.

Things to consider:
- landlord references (you’ll need 2)
- need to be employed
- letting agency takes roughly 2 weeks or so to approve but we’re happy for you to move in earlier if you wish, you’d just have to contribute to the rent (depending on days/ bills).
