2 Rooms in 3-Bedroom Flat Available in Brockley

The flat has 2 rooms to let, as one flatmate is moving in with friends and the other is moving in with his partner. Their is a large shared kitchen and one full bathroom. The building is part of the Honor Oak Estate and is very quiet and family friendly.

Room 1 in photos comes with the bed and wardrobe and a small set of drawers.

Room 2 in photos comes with the bed and wall shelf.

I am a full-time Ph. D student and artist who is also working and have really enjoyed living in this flat. I am generally gone but spend time reading or researching when I am in the flat. I have very clean habits, and tidy after myself after use of shared areas.

The neighbors are lovely and very diverse, creating a safe environment! I do have a very well-mannered adult tuxedo cat, but they will only visit you if welcomed, otherwise keeps to themself. I hoover/mop regularly in shared areas and my own room to make sure fur doesn't affect shared areas.

The kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, oven/stove, and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, airfryer, and all kitchen amentities, so you don't have to bring your own. The bathtub was recently renovated with a new showerhead. We also have a laundry machine closet and two extra storage spaces in the front corridor.

The flat is on the second floor, but the building has a lift.

Our Council Tax band is B. Utilities come to about 120 GBP per month. We are equipped with very fast fiberoptic wifi.
