One bed apartment - short term let Oct-Dec

I am travelling from October through until the end of the year (about 12 weeks total) and looking for someone available to take the room for all or part of that. One bedroom apartment, separate living room and kitchen, bath/shower. Fully furnished - apartment was completely redecorated over the last two years so in good condition. All bills included. About ten mins walk from either Brockley or Crofton Park station so good access to the city via overground or train. Lots of green space, nice cafes, bars, restaurants and independent shops in the area.
