Hello! There is a room available at the beautiful house of Drakefell road near Telegraph Hill.

Move in date (flexible) from 1st October.
No agency, private landlord.

It’s a top flat of a Victorian house with living room, wooden floors and beautiful morning light.

- 5 min walk to Hill station cafe + Telly hill upper park.
- 10 min walk to Brockley station
- 17 min walk to New Cross

Room comes with bed frame and mattress + desk and chair, up to you if you want to get rid off or keep <3 as the house comes unfurnished.

You would be living with Valentin (they/them) a 34-year old Queer, Salvadoran-American visual artist and photographer moving to London in September for postgrad @ UCL. I’m looking to integrate myself alongside other likeminded Queer community whilst pursuing my studies in Conservation at UCL’s Institute of Archaeology. I have a small, 10 year-old dog, Mariposa, who will be moving abroad with me. She is very sweet, friendly, and affectionate and can have bursts of energy. I am sober, coming on 6 years. I sometimes smoke cigarettes, but am fine with others who socially drink or smoke cigs/420 (as long as these are not done inside the flat). I enjoy Museum and gallery hopping; historic sightseeing, outdoor and creative activities and supporting/ attending events especially trans and queer.

And Skip (they/them) 27 yo Spanish graphic designer and artist. I’m currently working as a freelance designer mostly from home. I also co-run a small music collective in SE London and enjoy going to gigs, mostly experimental music. I enjoy cooking for others and sharing meals together, playing guitar (respectfully), watching films, go on cycles/walks, and going to events in south London.

We are looking for someone that shares our living values, someone who is clean (leaves the space how it was found), that wants to be part of the household, make the house beautiful and share meals/ up for a chat or film or activities outside the house from time to time. We want our home to feel like a place to rest and not a party house, tho we enjoy having people over for a meal or small gatherings.
