Sublet room in friendly creative Brockley home

I’m subletting my furnished room in a lovely three-bedroom house in Brockley while I’m away travelling.

The room is available from 1 November until around 3 December. The start date is slightly flexible, and it may be possible to move in a little earlier.

The house is on a quiet residential street in a really nice neighbourhood and is shared with artists. It’s a warm and friendly home: we speak to each other often and generally live as a team, while also respecting each other’s space and independence. We’re all mindful about keeping the communal areas clean and making the house easy and pleasant for everyone to live in.

We also have a cat and a kitten, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats!

I’m looking for someone kind, polite, clean and respectful who is fairly independent and happy doing their own thing, but will also be considerate towards the other people living in the house. Ideally, someone who will treat the room and home with care while I’m away.
