Hi and welcome to our advert!

We have a lovely friendly, very spacious and warm house.
We are looking for one, two or three easy going, friendly, responsible, grown up, aged between 25 and 45, with an income sufficient to comfortably pay the rent, (sorry, no students), and who are not scared of washing up and leaving communal areas tidy, to share this really friendly house with two others.

ABOUT US

Each room is available to let to one person only and only until 10th August. It is in a spacious house in Aspinall Road. Just 5 minutes from Brockley and Nunhead stations (Zone 2) for London Bridge, Blackfriars, Victoria, Shoreditch, Highbury & Islington, Canada Water and Croydon.
Queens Rd Peckham overground is 1/2 mile away (serves Clapham Jn and on to Shepherds Bush)
Lewisham, Peckham & New Cross are close by.

The large shared downstairs communal lounge (not pictured) has sofa with a huge TV and there are patio doors to a well kept south facing garden.

Kitchen is smallish but adequate and has a washing machine, two fridge freezers and cooker / hob.

There is a shower / bath room upstairs with toilet and also 2 additional toilets in the house.

The house is warm with central heating from a newish gas heating combi boiler and there is double glazing to most windows in the house.

The sunny, south facing garden is great for summer barbecues.

Lots of free on-street parking.

INCLUDED in bills are Council tax, water, electricity, gas and TV license fees!!

The ONLY additional charge you'll have to pay is approx. £12 per month each towards internet / broadband service. I collect this for one of the others who has the account with the provider.

Important Info: Please note if you like it, references (ideally including previous landlord), proof of ID and evidence of solvency and of sufficient minimum income to pay the rent WILL be required. We also ask your authority to do a credit check report.
Cost of all our checks are just £35.
