Two large lovely rooms will become available to rent on the xxxx, in a mid terraced house in a quiet and much sought after road in Ladywell Village. The rooms come fully furnished with double beds fitted wardrobes chest of drawers, chairs and desks.

The house has a large dining room, a newly updated kitchen, fitted bathroom with power shower/bath, mature 60ft garden / WiFi / Sky TV / washing machine /dishwasher/ gas cooker /fridgefreezer etc. The rent includes all bills, with the exception of the phone. In the winter months there may be a small charge towards the gas and electric bills. We would need a deposit and first month's rent to be paid on moving in, there is a also a monthly kitty of £5.00 per person towards household cleaning products.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Ladywell station which has direct access to London Bridge (9mins), Canon Street (13mins) Waterloo East (13mins), and Charing Cross (18mins). It is a 10min walk to Lewisham station and DLR (Canary Wharf 17mins).

Local amenities in Ladywell include shops, a French Patisserie, deli, flower shop and butchers, plus a new Pizza restaurent coming soon. A very friendly pub which was the winner of the best pub in Lewisham for 2010. The picturesque Hillyfields Park is 5 minutes away with a lovely cafe as is Ladywell Fields which has the river Ravensbourne running through it and a new cafe. Brockley Station is a 10 minute walk away (which is additionally served by London Overground) and has numerous great places to eat and drink along with Crofton Park Station 10 minute walk which also has great places to eat and drink.

You will be sharing the house with me, my partner and daughter (12), so the room would ideally suit professionals or mature students. I am looking for clean/tidy housemates who do not mind mucking in with the house work and who like a quiet house in the week. Weekends are more relaxing to have friends around or drinks in the dining room.

I would also look at Monday-Friday lets at a reduced price.
