We have a very spacious furnished double room available for you to move into in a 3 bed Victorian flat in Brockley

We are laid back & easy going. Our main home is in East Sussex and we use the Brockley flat as our London base. Mostly we are not there! One of us has a job in London and stays approximately 2-3 nights during the week in the flat. The other one has a job in East Sussex so will just be around a couple of nights a month to catch up with London friends. Mostly things will be very quiet, especially at week-ends. There is currently one other lodger (female, 28, professional, easy going, loves cooking, vegan).

We enjoy living with lodgers and have had people all ages from various countries. All interesting! .

This would suit you if you are looking for a fairly quiet place to stay. Kitchen, living room and obviously the bathroom are shared. There is also small patio garden. A good place to relax after a busy day.

Brockley has lots going for it - some good pubs, local cafes, art gallery. The Rivoli ballroom famous for its swing and lindy dances is nearby and Hilly Fields park with stunning views is literally only one minute from the flat (good for early morning jogging!). Goldsmith's uni is nearby. Also, commuting is really easy. We are 10 minutes (0. 5 miles) from Brockley station (zone 2). From there it's 7 minutes to London Bridge. The overground runs from Brockley to Canada Water and beyond. Crofton Park train station, Ladywell station and DLR also fairly close.
