The available room is a large double on the 2nd floor of the house. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, very large storage shelf and a double bed with a good-sized desk and chair. Very useful if you are a student or work from home a lot.

A cleaner visits once a month to do the bathroom and passage (cost included in rent). SHE DOES NOT CLEAN THE BEDROOMS
Transport:
The nearest overground and British Rail mainline station, Brockley, is a short 7 minute walk from the property and has frequent direct connections to London Bridge (10 minutes)
Canada Water (15 minutes)
Waterloo (17 minutes)
Charing Cross (18 minutes).)
Canary Wharf ( 15 mins)
Stratford (20 minutes).
Busses also run into central London 24 hours a day. (171, N171, 172, 122, 343, N343, 484)
There is no designated parking spaces on the road and it is free. Unfortunately, we don't have anywhere to keep bikes and they can't be kept in the hallway. It’s a healthy number of and safety risk.
There are bars independent shops, cafes, restaurant and supermarkets are 5 mins away as well as amenities. A very vibrant but peaceful area.
