Double Room in 2 bed flat

I have a double room to let in my Brockley flat. The flat is situated 4 mins (walk) away from Brockley station and 10 mins from Nunhead. Great access to all local amenities, 5 mins walk to Telegraph Hill. The room is available from the beginning of June.

I am looking for a flatmate person to share my Brockley flat. The flat is decorated and consists of many of the usual room suspects: living, kitchen, bath etc as well as an outside based garden area. Ideally I would like to live with someone who is nice...actually probs don't apply if you suspect you may not be a pleasant person. An interest in biscuits would also be preferential but not essential.
