The room is (3. 8m x 2. 7m) with a built in cupboard approx.(0. 85 x 0. 85 x 1. 7) complete with a hanging rail! The furnishings currently are a double bed with a firm (not hard) mattress, book case & 2 chests of drawers. A desk is available but is currently in the loft as not wanted by the last lodger. There are 5 Power points and a TV aerial point.

It faces East so gets the morning light. There are no houses opposite so you are not overlooked at all.

Brockley
A nice area with a good community feel. Some decent restaurants / bars in the area. Lots of shops locally to pick up the basics as well as a couple of delis. There is a Sainsburys local beside the station. Big Tesco and big Sainsburys near by for the bigger shops.
