The flat has great transport links for the DLR, south eastern trains, east London overground and southern train line. There's also 2 night buses at the end of the road.
Brockley Food market is every weekend, new cross and Brockley have some great pubs with regular events.
Looking for a kind, considerate, fun housemate who is working full-time.

Maintaining a clean house is priority, looking for someone who isn't afraid of elbow grease and giving a good scrub to things when needed, not just cleaning up after you cook. (Happily take those who are slightly obsessive with cleaning :)
A homely space. I've managed this property and have lived here for 13 years and always try to find the right balance of people.
We enjoy the occasional drink together, watching a TV or playing a board game.
We welcome friends and family to visit.
Over 28 and working full time , no WFH ( the odd day is ok).

Bills are on top. Everyone takes responsibility of a bill making sure cash money is collected and the bill is paid on time.
