The house is situated a 6 minute walk from Brockley train station which gives access by Overground/Southern to London Bridge (8mins) and Canada Water Underground (12mins). Peckham is 10 mins bus ride.

Close to the station there to local shops (Sainsburys/Nisa), pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. 5 minutes in the other direction is Telegraph Hill park and New Cross Gate is a 15 walk or 3 min train journey from Brockley station.
