Double room in Brockley conservation area

We're looking for a Monday to Friday lodger for the double room in our family home. Sharing with a friendly couple and our son. When all goes to plan, he's asleep between 7. 30pm and 7am, so it's unlikely you'll see much of him.

It is a lovely, quiet, ground floor room overlooking the garden. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with 4 drawers, bedside table and under bed drawer.

The flat is split over two floors in an early Victorian building. We're 5 mins walk from Brockley Station (for London Bridge and the East London Line) and 10 mins from both New Cross and St John's - so really good connections into town. There is also free on street parking.

There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. We can make some room in the fridge and give you some cupboard space. And we have plenty of pots and pans.
