Sunny room available for short summer let

I'm going to be away from London over the summer and my room is available for six weeks (although I'm willing to negotiate a shorter or slightly longer let).

The flat is really lovely, with lots of light, a big living room and two fully refurbished bathrooms. Flatmates work in a variety of occupations in the arts/law.

The flat is at the top of Telegraph Hill, equidistant between New Cross Gate, Brockley and Nunhead stations. Lots of nice cafes, pubs and coffee shops near by, an organic veg shop, Sainsburys local and a big Sainsburys too. We're less than 5 minutes walk to Telegraph Hill park, which has tennis courts and great views over the city.

Rent is £115 per week, including bills (and broadband).
