You will be sharing the house with me, a coordinator working for a great animation commercials studio in central London. If you have watched the BBC Olympics Rio you have seen our work ;-)

This cosy first floor flat consists of two double bedrooms, a large shared living room and a quirky couple of steps leading to the kitchen and bathroom/toilet.

Very close to St. Johns station which offers excellent connections to London Bridge (9 minutes by train) and Cannon Street.

Lewisham station gets you to Charing Cross and is a 10-15 minute walk or three bus stops away. Brockley overground station is easily reachable too.

The trendy Brockley Farmers Market takes place each Saturday around the corner. Hilly Fields park is located at the other end of the road with a nice cafe at the top of the hill.

The Talbot pub at the start of the road has been refurbished earlier this year and the new owners have really managed to transform it into a lovely and lively pub with a great beer garden.

The room comes with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, some shelves and a double bed - but the landlord is flexible if you want to change things around.
