The flat is lovely, nice and bright, sash windows, clean, lovely area, close to park, only one major spider incident in 5 years and we have a huge loft. Huge.

I'm easy going, out a lot, at work a lot, leave early in the morning, usually back late. The flat is clean, but not crazy-clean. Although would require a good washer-upper.
