Room to rent in large Brockley flat

My (lovely) flatmate has moved out so a room in my flat is now available.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and sunny living room with french doors to our patio and the communal gardens. The flat also has a parking space.
(the flat is no-smoking but it's fine to smoke outside)

The bills are included and cover council tax, wireless broadband and Virgin Tivo, gas + electricity and water.

We are located on the Lewisham Way side of Brockley and are 5 minutes walk from Brockley Market and very well positioned for various stations and bus routes.

I work as a Studio Manager for a design studio and I'm usually at home during the week (although I probably wouldn't say no to a pint in the pub or a glass of wine with my new amazing flatmate).

I am looking for someone who is respectful of other people's space but isn't going to spend every night in their room!
