Cosy double in friendly, relaxed family home offered from April 26 until end of July. It has a next door bathroom with virtually sole use. There's a desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared use of wet room, well-equipped kitchen, sitting room and garden.
We have one son at home and two away at university, which is why we are letting a room. Ideally looking for a student (or professional) who's mature, responsible, clean, tidy and friendly. We are sociable, in and out a lot, and respect privacy. Option to eat with us in the evening if it suits. Close to Goldsmiths and a 10 minute walk from New Cross Gate, Brockley and Nunhead Stations. Near a community cafe, supermarket 10min walk away.
