House share in Leafy Brockley

Brockley is a quiet leafy area in Zone 2, close to Peckham and Greenwich, New Cross & Honour Oak Park. Aside from the cool neighbouring area we have a growing number of cafes bars and restaurants within walking distance. (And a great park too - Hilly Fields!)

I'm offering a large double bedrooms to rent in Victorian Terraced home. The house is comprised of a large kitchen, living room and garden, two bathrooms, a downstairs WC and four double bedrooms.

Internet, gas water electric, Council tax bills are all included. We have a cleaner who comes once a week and we would share the cost between us.

We’re an 5/10 minute walk from Brockley station where you can take a train to London Bridge (Southern) or the overground to Canada Water (Orange line) in about 10 minutes (Which also goes straight up To Highbury and Islington via Shoreditch) and also have Crofton Park and Ladywell stations in walking distance.

You’d be sharing with myself and 2 other lodgers, Stuart and Mattison and Ralph the dog, a very chilled and affectionate greyhound lurcher.
