Our beautiful flat is in the conservation area in Brockley on a wide Victorian terrace street.

The room has space for a desk and therefore suitable for hybrid working, also contains, wardrobe and chest of draws and double bed.

The 2 remaining housemates are working professionals, that are chilled out and ideally looking for like-minded people, who have steady jobs. We keep the place tidy and have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

The flat is spread over 2 floors. It has been renovated and all of its original features have been restored, but with a more contemporary interior. It has a large kitchen/dining room, large sitting room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with under floor heating.

There is plenty of free parking outside. Shops are around the corner and there are also some cool bars and restaurants very nearby.

There are 3 stations close by, that all lead into central London.

Brockley St. in Zone 2, is an 8 minute walk from the flat. Trains runs to London Bridge and take approx. 10 mins. It also has the orange Overground line, which is very reliable and runs every 5 minutes to Canada Water, which has good transport links to Docklands, the City and the West End.

Crofton Park St is a 6 min walk from the flat, trains go to St Pancras International and call at Blackfriars and Farringdon.

St Johns station is a 10 min walk and goes to Cannon Street and London Bridge in 12 mins.

Unfortunately the flat isn’t really suitable for pets, sorry.

The internet connection is high speed fibre.
