The room is single occupancy only (no couples)!
The room has original and restored wood floors, huge windows that let in loads of natural light, with fitted curtains. There are new large radiators with smart heating valves. The house is very warm in winter. The room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe plus some other bits. (And if you have your own items we can figure out what stays/goes, no problem.)
Bills include extras! The cover the usual (council tax, gas + electric, water) plus high speed full fibre internet (500Mpbs), a regular cleaner and other shared house essentials like toilet paper.
Three other people live in the house. There are three bathrooms (so never a queue in the morning), a well-stocked kitchen with lots of storage, a very large and comfortable living room / dining room.
LIVING ROOM: is very large, separate and spacious (8 x 4 metres = 32m2). It has a big dining table w/ 6 chairs, sofa, etc.
PATIO: Big and private with grass lawn, pear and apple trees, new patio with seating.
