The flat is a 5 minute walk from the train station with frequent trains to:
-London Bridge direct in 8 mins
- Canary warf, 1 change, within 10 minutes
- Shoreditch, direct within 15 minutes

It's a friendly and clean flat. You'd be sharing with 2 of the existing flatmates - both females who work in Marketing and UX and are looking for another chilled out, friendly flatmate (or a couple) for the room and who will keep the place feeling more like a home than a rental property.

Most bills are included (Wifi, Council tax, Water, TV). The gas and electric bill is separate and split evenly between all the flatmates.

There's a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. The shared living room and kitchen is on the first floor along with a single bedroom and bathroom. there are 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor
