This is a beautiful house and I'm looking for people who will enjoy living there and treat it like their own home. References should be available on request.

Close to the station there to local shops (Sainsburys/Nisa), pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. 5 minutes in the other direction is Telegraph Hill park and New Cross Gate is a 15 walk or 3 min train journey from Brockley station.
