The previous tenants just moved out, the house is currently for sale, hence the lower rental prices. The two months notice is of course obligatory.

Fully furnished. Two Large doubles (single occupancy) and a single in 3 bed house with garden. Spacious house, large kitchen with dining table, continuing to the living room with floor to ceiling French windows, front patio, plenty of light. Mostly IKEA furniture in all the rooms. Both doubles have a small office desk. Plenty of storage in the house and in bedrooms.

Easy to get to Brockley overground, 10 mins walk. Two buses are a minute away, 484 and 24hr bus 343.

There are toilets both on ground floor and first floor. Bath with power shower and the washing machine are on the first floor.

Kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave.

There's a well-stocked coop supermarket a minute away and plenty of good food shops around the Brockley station, including a Sainsbury's on the way to the station. The area is packed with parks and green areas, with plenty of shopping options, especially in the Lordship Lane and around the Rye Lane.

The house is non-smoking, though smokers are welcome as long as they do not smoke inside the house.
