The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and a peaceful view onto leafy roads in the conservation area. There's plenty of storage underneath the bed and on top of the wardrobe too.

The flat is a gorgeous home with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There's a small bedroom and large bathroom on the first floor.

I'm based in the single bedroom downstairs as I split my time between working abroad and Up North in Manchester. This means, that you'll get your own bathroom for 75% of the year.

The 2 largest rooms upstairs are rented to 2 single professionals. One is a women who work in advertising and marketing. She's also a part-time yoga instructor. One is a man who works in marketing and analytics and moved down to London from Leeds 5 months ago.

The shared open plan living room & kitchen space is huge with high ceilings, sash windows, wooden floors and a period fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer and microwave. Most bills are included but the ecotricity bill and cleaner are extra & average out to approx, £60/per month per person.
