Cheap Single Room Available 16th May Bow

Hi All,

We have a cheap single room available from the 16th May, in a really nice part of Bow. The room is situated on the end of the flat with one window letting in plenty of light.

The room is available for £500 per month, all bills included so you just pay the monthly rent, only single occupants please. We are all single occupants at the moment and do not intend to change that.

Guests are welcome, no smoking inside the house. Cleanliness is a must! Clean up after yourself in other words.

The local amenities are amazing around here, we have a parade of shops literally just downstairs including food shops, groceries, small market, barbers, hair dressers, banks, bakers etc...

There is a Tesco Superstore across the road, both underground and DLR stations within 10 minutes walk, really good bus links.

We're all pretty cool, so id like to think. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated, the whole flat was also painted. Please bear in mind the pictures were taken before occupancy.

Separate bathroom and toilet, saves the early morning queues :)
