Our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so her room will be available from the 12 November.
About the room: Great double room with a lot of natural light. Great view of the city and you can even see the Shard from this room. It´s currently furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two cupboards and bedside table. There's also a desk/chair making it convenient for working from home.
About the flat: It is a 3-bedroom, with a bathroom and another toilet. One of the rooms also has an en-suite, so you would only share the bathroom with one other person. The living area is a shared kitchen/living room with gorgeous views across the city. We also have a large terrace (just for our flat!) with views of Canary Wharf and the City of London, perfect for entertaining and watching the sunset. We have a dishwasher, washer, and reliable broadband.
The flat is well-located in East London, less than five minutes walk from the District & Hammersmith & City line (Bromley by Bow) and the DLR (Devons Road), giving it good links across London. It's a three-minute walk to a Sainsbury’s local and 10 minutes to a Tesco Superstore. There is also a GP Surgery in the base of the building. Victoria Park is twenty minutes away and Canary Wharf is a short DLR ride.
The complex has a bike storage, 24/7 concierge and a gym (for an additional fee).
About us: We are a girls flat, both in our early 30s. We are two working professionals, one teacher and an architect.
We enjoy good films/books, wandering around, exploring the city and travelling. We are looking for someone clean, responsible and respectful in their late twenties/early thirties to hang out with and enjoy the terrace, but also respect each other's space.
Rate: £720 rent + all bills making it about £855 pcm (bills can vary)
