Hey there!

I am Donna and my beloved flatmate is moving out to go live his best single life so I am looking for a new lovely human to join me here at my lovely flat

The flat is off-street and has a large patio/terrace on the ground floor, a 3/4 minute walk to Bromley by Bow station- max 5 mins walk to Devons Road, super well connected with Sainsburys and Tescos a short walk away

Mile end where there are more options of food/pubs is 15 mins walk and you can cycle to Victoria park in 15 minutes and be down Roman Road in the same amount of time so its in the heart of where you want to be

I am a clean, friendly girl who looks at this rental as a home, and looking for a like minded, clean and respectful person to share my space with

To be tidy is defo a must, all for living in the space making a mess cooking etc but just to be respectful

The flat is a little gem and I really enjoy living here, and love to make a nice cosy inviting space :)

Not a party home but welcome to have friends for dinner and such of course!

I work from home 4 days per week and one day in the office

The room is a large double and comes with a double bed and a huge built in wardrobe, with underbed storage and a chest of drawers, and it has its own bathroom separate (I sometimes have the rare bath as I have my own shower but always ask first!)

The open plan space it large and inviting, with everything in the kitchen, I make a mean roast and love to cook

I am respectful of your space but also open to share a nice dinner and a chinwag

I have two uber friendly cats Piku and Cleo so liking cats is a must and they are two of the best

All bills included, I have 6 months left on the agreement and can renew so the max term negotiable!
