Looking for 3rd person to join our existing lease!

Hiya! :)

We are two females and friends (young professionals, 27) looking for a third person to join in on our lease/ tenancy for the upcoming year. (12 months) from 21 August 2025 to 21 July 2026.

Rent - 860 PM
Deposit - 1,000 (agency puts this into a safe scheme we do not hold it for you)
Bills - normally around 100 a month!

About us -

We are social and friendly girls who enjoy going out and also staying in and watching Netflix/ cooking/ baking and doing yoga! We would ideally love to become friends with our future third housemate so if we sound like your girls drop a message :) we are also clean people who also occasionally get a professional cleaner once a month!

About the flat -

The flat is in a building which has a 24/7 Concierge and an onsite gym! The flat is also a 1-minute walk from Sainsbury's local and Bromley-by-bow tube station. Devon's road DLR is also only a 5-minute walk. We also have a bus stop directly next to the building.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, This second bathroom will be shared between you and one other female who is very clean! We have a lovely bright living room that has a 40 inch TV, with all you would need! Netflix, prime video, youtube etc! The balcony is large and has a lovely view of Bow/ Canary Wharf and is great in the summer to chill on!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster/blender/kettle/plates/utensils/ coffee machine which you can use any of! Dishwasher, Washer and dryer also included.

About your room -

This is a double room with a desk/ double wardrobe/ chest of drawers/ double bed/ side table! and an amazing view from your bed!

About the area -

Bromley-by-bow is a newly built-up area with many parks nearby! The transportation links are able to get you into central London in less than 20 minutes! Liverpool Street is 9 minutes tube!
