Description

We are renting out a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite in our eclectic flat.

The flat is in a newly built property with stunning views of both: Canary Wharf and the City. We have a communal rooftop terrace and co-working space on the way (in the final phase and should be done in the month or so).

The room has generous storage space, but if you have a life's worth of stuff, this might not be the perfect match. Also, we are minimalists ourselves and looking for someone with similar aesthetics.

The apartment is fully furnished and has everything needed for everyday life. From washing machine to food processor, you name it.

LOCATION:

🚇 We live right across the street from Bromley-by-Bow station, which is zone 2/3 and has District and Hammersmith & City lines that offer quick access to all Central London locations and spots.

🛒 Big Tesco is next door, 2 min walk.

🚶🏼‍♀️Nice walking options on the canal, and Victoria Park / Stratford / Hackney Wick are 25~ minutes walk away.

WHO ARE WE:

We’re 40 and 33-year-old human beings from Finland and Lithuania working in tech and hospitality.

We’re both open-minded, respectful, laid back and well-travelled professionals who do well in what we do.

We like to have fun and believe life is for living. We listen to music, cook, cycle, travel, party, love nonsense and try to avoid adulting, but at the same time, look to have a calm oasis at home.

WHO ARE YOU:

We don’t ask for much. Or at least not more than we are prepared to give

- Fun, open-minded, and chilled person with a sense of humour who is mature and professional without being boring.
- Respectful and understanding what living with other people means.
- You want to live in a clean space and are happy to clean up after yourself and keep the room clean and fresh.
